Grilled _Belly Of Pork

Ingredientes:
• Belly of Pork
• Paprika
• Olive Oil
• Lemon
• Sea salt

Method: seperate the 300gr of pork and dust with 2gr of paprika, add 2,5cl of olive oil, juice of half a lemon and sea salt to taste. Grill until cooked all the way through, basting at regular intervals with marinade. Once cooked, cut in small small pieces, and serve on a platter with french fries and decorated with one slice of lemon.

Preparation Time : 20 a 25 minutes.

Serve: Immediatly of off the grill .

Everisto Squid

Ingredients:
• Fresh squid
• Garlic
• Parsley
• Olive oil
• Vinegar
• Sea salt

Method: clean 300 gr of squid, removing the eyes, the mouth and the guts of the squid. Wash vigarously, stuff the squid with the head and the tenticles, season with sea salt to taste. Then place staight onto a hot grill, until cooked. Now finely chop the parsley (2 bunches) and the garlic (4 segments). Once the squids is grilled, slice into rings and serve on a platter. Now sprinkle the finely chopped parsley and garlic over the squid to finish add 2,5cl of vinegar and 7,5cl of olive oil. Serve with boiled potatos in their skin or garlic rice with corriander.

Preperation time: 30 a 40 minutes.

Serve: Immediately
